Muzza for Agencies
A paper-cut identity, now in motion
Together with Programon, we built the website for Clan, a remote work community in nature. We brought to Webflow an identity full of cut-outs, masks and motion, with an editions CMS in three languages, in just a few weeks.

Challenge
Clan organizes "workations": community trips to work remotely in places surrounded by nature, organized by editions.
Programon designed a very expressive identity for Clan: paper-like cuts, irregular masks, overlapping layers and a hero that transforms on scroll.
Our job was to bring that design to Webflow without losing anything along the way, make it run smoothly on desktop and mobile, and do it on a very tight timeline.
Process
Programon managed the project and handled the design. We handled the entire Webflow build.
- First stage. In one week we built the site foundation and the main sections.
- Editions CMS. We built the editions structure and, when the project called for changes, rebuilt the collections and each edition's structure on very tight deadlines.
- Rest of the site. In two or three more weeks we completed the pages, the animations and the loading of the content and translations Clan provided.
- Handoff. A session with the client to show her how to edit in Webflow and sort out the final details.
Solution
We built each section custom, solving masks, cuts and overlaps by hand to respect the design without losing performance.
The hero animation combines GSAP and Lottie: an unusual mix that let us transform the hero on scroll smoothly and with control.
Editions, blog and community live in the CMS, with reusable components, so the team can add new editions without rebuilding the foundation. The site is in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
