Muzza for Marketing Teams

A technical partner to grow without friction

We supported PSI Mammoliti, an online therapy platform, for almost two years: we rebuilt its Webflow site from scratch so it would stop exceeding its plan, and maintained it month after month with its marketing and content team.

Challenge

PSI Mammoliti connects patients with psychologists for online therapy. Its Webflow site had grown without order: poorly organized classes, a messy CMS and images, scripts and animations that made it very heavy.

That weight had a concrete cost: the site constantly exceeded the bandwidth limit of its Webflow plan, and the monthly bill kept growing. On top of that, the marketing team lost time solving technical problems instead of publishing.

The challenge wasn't a redesign for looks. It was rebuilding the foundation without interrupting operations.

Process

The relationship started in 2024 with one-off changes and continued with a monthly support plan: the team brought requests every month, from landing pages to new pages such as Nuevo Club or Solicitar podcast.

  • Rebuild. In May 2025 we decided to rebuild the site from scratch in a new Webflow project. We did it in about a month, keeping the existing design: the focus was on structure and performance.
  • Visual fixes. We fixed inconsistencies and added specific improvements, without changing the identity.
  • Ongoing support. With the foundation in order, we kept supporting the team until early 2026, when they decided to continue with the site on their own.

Solution

We rebuilt the site in a new Webflow project, with a clean architecture, reorganized classes and a clear, scalable CMS.

We optimized images, code and external integrations (Brevo, Tag Manager and other tools) and removed animations that didn't add value. The site became much lighter and stopped exceeding the bandwidth limit.

With that foundation, every monthly request became simpler: new landing pages and pages are built with components and collections that already exist.

Results

  • 70% less bandwidth usage: the site stopped exceeding the plan limit and the monthly Webflow cost went down.
  • A lighter, faster site, on desktop and mobile.
  • A restructured CMS, easier for the internal team to update and maintain.
  • A faster workflow: the team could focus on creating instead of solving technical problems.

Before hiring Muzza for our Webflow development, we needed to update our original design to improve site performance and reflect recent changes in the company. Working with them was a very positive experience: communication was smooth and every deadline was met perfectly.
