Renders you can walk through
Unbuild is our own project, built with friends: it turns renders into virtual tours to sell pre-construction apartments. We did everything, from the brand and the system to the website and every animation.
Challenge
Selling pre-construction apartments means convincing people with renders: images you look at, but that aren't enough to understand distances, how the rooms connect or what living there would be like.
The idea behind Unbuild was simple: let buyers walk through the space before the first wall exists.
Process
It is our own project, so we handled everything.
- Exploration. We started exploring with AI, moved to Figma to refine the details and then built it.
- Brand. We defined Unbuild's visual identity, colors and tone.
- System. We built the apartment tour: floor plan, volume, walkthrough and inquiry, plus a selector to switch between renders.
- Animations. Every animation on the site is ours.
Solution
The website is the demo: visitors walk through a sample unit step by step, from the floor plan to the 3D tour, and end with a concrete inquiry about that unit.
Then it explains the solutions, how implementation works (in one week, with any render), the plans and the FAQs, with the demo always one click away.
