What does maintenance cover if Webflow already includes hosting and security?
Webflow handles the infrastructure. Maintenance covers what happens inside the site: content, forms and integrations, redirects, the speed of what gets uploaded and new pages.
Do you maintain sites that aren't on Webflow?
Yes, on sites built with Next.js. Other platforms we evaluate case by case.
Do you work on sites you didn't build?
Yes. We start with a review of the site to understand how it is built before touching anything.
Do I have to buy an hour package?
No. We also take one-off requests. The package makes sense if you have changes every month.
How do we send you change requests?
Through the channel you already use: Slack, WhatsApp, email or a shared board. We agree on it at kickoff.
How long does each change take?
Depending on urgency, between 24 and 72 hours. New pages take longer; we send you an estimate when we receive the request.
What happens if I run out of hours for the month?
We let you know before you reach the limit. You can add hours or move requests to the next month; we never work extra hours without your OK.
How much does Webflow website maintenance cost?
A monthly package ranges from USD 200 to USD 800 per month, depending on the hours you need. The Webflow plan is paid separately. We explain it in detail in this article about Webflow maintenance.
