Challenge

Keyway is an AI platform for commercial real estate investors in the United States: it automates acquisitions, asset management and investment analysis.

Its Webflow site came from an earlier stage and carried technical problems: poorly structured H1 and H2 headings, duplicated color and typography variables and classes everywhere. Every change took longer than it should, and the marketing team needed to move fast.

Process

We work as an extension of the marketing team. Requests come in through Slack and we answer them the same day, so the website keeps up with the company's pace without slowing down launches.

First we cleaned up the foundation so every later change would be simpler. Then we added improvements according to the team's priorities, one at a time and without breaking what already worked.

Solution

  • Technical SEO. We restructured the headings on pages and posts, cleaned up duplicated variables and classes and connected Search Console, with an SEO plan for the next steps.
  • Blog. We added filters, search and categories managed from the CMS.
  • FAQs in the CMS. The FAQs moved to a collection the team edits without touching the design.
  • Customer stories. We moved the customer stories section (Range, InterCapital and 12ten) into the CMS, with a shared template for adding new ones.
  • Details that add up. We fixed the product animation on scroll and support the release of every update.
