frequently asked questions
Yes, and that's what makes it work. We integrate into the existing workflow: we join the calls, leave comments in Figma and do handoff in the format your team prefers. The goal is for the dev to not have to guess anything and to be able to implement the product design without friction.
Yes. Figma is our main tool for the entire product design process. We deliver the file with frames organized by flow, documented components, configured design variables and a library ready for development to work directly. The file is yours.
We can run a light research phase: interviews with key users, behavioral analysis with existing data and review of session recordings if you have them. For projects that need deeper research, we recommend combining it with our UX/UI Audit.
Always. We design mobile and desktop as first-class citizens, not as adaptations. For native apps we work with the iOS and Android guidelines from day one. For web products, responsive design is included in the base scope.
It depends on scope. A wireframe phase can be ready in a week. A complete UI design for a product with multiple flows can take between 3 and 6 weeks. We always start with a clear scope so you know what to expect before beginning.
Web design focuses on sites: communication, conversion, brand presence. Digital product design works on tools, platforms and apps: complex flows, interface states, business logic reflected in screens. They're distinct disciplines and at Muzza we treat them as such.
Does your product deserve a design that matches it?
