What presentation design includes

Services

Narrative structure

We organize the message before designing: what to tell, in what order and what has to be clear by the end. A well-structured presentation convinces before design even comes into play.

slides in Figma, Canva or Google Slides

Consistent visual design with your brand identity, adapted to the tool you use. Every slide designed so the content breathes and the message lands effortlessly.

Data visualization

Charts, tables and metrics designed to communicate, not to confuse. We turn numbers into visual stories any audience can read at a glance.

Iconography and illustration

Custom icons or illustrations that support the message without decorating for the sake of it. Every visual element has a reason to be there.

Editable version delivered

The final file is yours and you can edit it: update numbers, change text, add slides without breaking the design. We leave everything documented so you don't depend on us for every update.

Export in multiple formats

PDF to send, PPTX to present, a web version if you need to share by link. The deck ready to use in any context, without last-minute manual conversions.
Your next presentation lands, convinces and gets remembered.

We understand the goal and the audience

Who are you showing it to? What do you want to happen after they see it? How much time do you have to present?

"Nuestro equipo de Marketing no podía cambiar textos ni imágenes en el sitio web hecho por desarrolladores, así que necesitábamos adaptarlo a Webflow. Trabajar con Muzza fue excelente: siempre profesionales y responsables. El resultado fue idéntico a nuestro sitio original, y Polenta estuvo siempre disponible para consultas. La comunicación fue ágil, y los tutoriales en video y audio fueron clave. ¡Recomendable al 101 %!"

preguntas frecuentes

What tool do you design the decks in?

Mainly in Figma for the design and in Google Slides or Canva for the editable delivery, depending on what you use to present. If you have a preference for another tool, let's talk: we adapt to your team's stack without any problem.

Can my team edit it afterward?

Yes. We deliver the file in the format your team can edit: Google Slides, Canva or Figma. We document the design so future changes are consistent and anyone on the team can update the deck without breaking the visual identity.

Does it include the deck's copywriting?

We can work with the content you already have and improve it, or structure the message from scratch if you send us the key points. We don't write the deck backwards: we work with you to make sure the message is yours and lands the way it should.

How long does a deck take?

A 15 to 20 slide deck is ready in 5 to 7 business days. More complex decks or ones with custom illustrations can take between 10 and 14 days. If you have a deadline, let us know from the first contact and we'll factor it into the scope.

What kinds of presentations do you design?

Pitch decks for investors, sales decks to close deals, internal presentations to align teams and executive reports that need to communicate data clearly. If you have to present something important and want the design to match the content, it's the kind of project we do.

Can you redesign a deck we already have?

Yes, and it happens often. We take the existing content, reorganize the structure if needed and redesign the slides so they're consistent with your current brand identity. Without starting from scratch, without losing the work that's already done.

A good presentation can open a door that content alone can't.
